Informational use only
StrackaPredict provides sports predictions, analysis and a tool for tracking wagers among friends. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not take, place, hold or settle bets, and we do not handle money for wagers. Predictions are not guarantees. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for having permission to add the contacts you enter (name, email, phone).
Text messages
StrackaPredict does not send text messages. The Bet Tracker's "Text group" button opens your device's Messages app with a pre-filled summary that you review and send yourself, from your own phone and plan. Your carrier's normal messaging rates apply. Only text people who have agreed to hear from you. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. Scores and lines come from third-party sources and may be wrong or delayed. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses, including wagering losses, arising from use of the site.
