Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Stracka Golf / StrackaPredict ("we", "us"), San Marcos, CA, handles information on strackapredict.com, including the Bet Tracker.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address.
- Contacts you add to the Bet Tracker: name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Wager information you enter: groups, date ranges, leagues, amounts, picks, lines, notes and results.
- Basic usage logs (pages visited, sign-in times) used to run and secure the site.
How we use it
Contact and wager information is used only to provide bet tracking: confirming wagers and sending results and updates to the people in a group by email. Account information is used to sign you in and manage your subscription. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
StrackaPredict does not send text messages. The Bet Tracker's "Text group" button only opens the organizer's own Messages app with a pre-filled summary; the organizer reviews it and sends it manually from their own phone and carrier plan. Phone numbers are stored only so the organizer can address those messages.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information while your account or group is active and as needed to run the service. You can delete contacts, groups and wagers in the app at any time, or email jim@stracka.com to have your information (including phone numbers) deleted.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers and access is limited to signed-in account owners; each user's Bet Tracker data is private to that user.
